Started at 165cm and 110kg

When I get to 54kg, I will diet and maintain my weight while aiming for health. I want to maintain my weight under 58kg in the end (I plan to lose weight to 54kg assuming I will gain weight)

I was doing some crazy things with carbohydrate restriction and fasting...

But I switched to a balanced diet and loose carbohydrates...

I'm happy that I've lost weight
